Why capacity building matters
In line with the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and its aspirations to advance, empower, and enhance the efficiency of the non-profit sector and its workforce, NCNP has launched initiatives to build and invest in the sector’s human and institutional capacities. These initiatives contribute to creating employment opportunities, enhancing the sector’s attractiveness, retaining existing talent, attracting new talent, and improving the quality, impact, and sustainability of services provided to the community.
