National Center for Non-Profit Sector Announces Winners of the 2025 ‘Ekram Excellence Award’ at Hajj Conference

The National Center for Non-Profit Sector (NCNP), in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program (PEP), announced yesterday the winners of the 2025 "Ekram Excellence Award." The ceremony took place during the fourth edition of the Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition at the Jeddah Superdome, attended by the Deputy CEO of the Development Sector, Majid bin Nasser Bunuhiyah, and the CEO of the Pilgrim Experience Program, Eng. Mohammed Abulkhair Ismail. The award aims to foster competitiveness and inspire non-profit entities to deliver high-quality, sustainable services. Covering 12 categories, it recognizes diverse aspects of serving pilgrims, including elderly and patient care, environmental services, tourism, general healthcare, intermediary organizations, guidance services, religious counseling, relief and emergency services, transportation and safety, food preservation, services for people with disabilities, and public facilities. The winning initiatives showcased exceptional levels of innovation, planning, and execution, reflecting the national commitment to enhancing Hajj and Umrah services. The ceremony featured a visual presentation of the winning initiatives, highlighting their goals and impact on enhancing the pilgrim experience. Awards and certificates of appreciation were also distributed during the event, in presence of a large number of participating organizations. This award stands as a flagship initiative by the NCNP, reinforcing Saudi Arabia's drive to integrate the non-profit sector with other industries. It reflects the Kingdom's commitment to enhancing services for pilgrims and delivering sustainable impact in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
