National Center for Non-Profit Sector Signs MoU with Maximus Academy to Develop Sector Staff

The National Center for Non-Profit Sector (NCNP) has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maximus Academy to strengthen cooperation in developing the skills and capabilities of employees within non-profit organizations, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the NCNP by Mr. Majed Bunuhiyah, Executive Vice President for Development, and on behalf of the Academy by Mr. Gürsel Mehmet, General Manager of Maximus in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate to build the capacity of the non-profit sector workforce through initiatives that include coordinating with relevant authorities to accredit training programs, designing blended-learning courses across all training levels, and delivering programs through highly qualified trainers with the necessary technical expertise.
The MoU also includes providing regular reports to non-profit organizations to track trainees' progress and assess the impact of the programs offered. Additionally, it emphasizes developing training programs tailored to the needs of target groups.
This comes as part of the NCNP’s ongoing efforts to enhance workforce efficiency, equip sector employees with knowledge and professional development tools, and boost the readiness of the non-profit sector to achieve its economic and developmental objectives in line with national targets.
