Royal Approval for the Formation of the Second Board of Directors of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector

Royal approval was issued today for the formation of the second board of directors of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector (NCNP) for a term of three years, as follows:
- H.E. Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi, as the Chairman of the Board
- Mr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al Majed, Member, representing the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
- Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Alnamlah – Member, representing the Ministry of Finance
- Mr. Falah bin Mohammed Al Subaie – Member, representing the Ministry of Interior
- Mr. Emad bin Saleh Al Kharashi – Member, representing the General Authority for Awqaf
- Dr. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Ismail – Member, representing the Ministry of Commerce
- Dr. Saadoun bin Saad Al Saadoun – Member, representing Council of Civil Associations
- Mr. Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Juwair – Member, representing Cooperative Associations
- Eng. Saeed bin Ahmed Basamh – Member, representing the Private Sector
- HRH Princess Haifa bint Abdulaziz Al Mogrin – Member, representing Experts and Specialists
- HRH Prince Waleed bin Nasser Al Saud – Member, representing Charitable Associations
- Dr. Badr bin Hamoud Al Badr – Member, representing Non-profit Foundations
- Dr. Fahad bin Ali Al Elyan – Member, representing Experts and Specialists
The royal approval also includes the renewal of membership for:
Ahmed bin Saleh Al Majid, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Namlah, Emad bin Saleh Al Kharashi, Dr. Saadoun bin Saad Al Saadoun, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Juwair, Eng. Saeed bin Ahmed Basamh, and HRH Princess Haifa bint Abdulaziz Al Mogrin.
Additionally, the following new members have been appointed: Falah bin Mohammed Al Subaie, Dr. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Ismail, HRH Prince Waleed bin Nasser Al Saud, Dr. Badr bin Hamoud Al-Badr, and Dr. Fahad bin Ali Al Elyan.
On behalf of the board, Chairman Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi extended his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for their trust and support. He also expressed his hopes for continued success for the board, its members, and the NCNP’s staff in advancing the growth and impact of the non-profit sector.
The Board of Directors serves as the highest authority of the NCNP, responsible for overseeing its operations and managing its affairs. It holds the authority to make all resolutions necessary to achieve the NCNP objectives within the framework of its regulations. Additionally, the board carries out various duties as outlined in the organizational framework approved by the Council of Ministers.
