Acceptance of Donations from Non-Founders by Non-Profit Institutions
An electronic service that enables an institution’s authorized representative to request approval for the institution to accept donations from non-founders, in accordance with the Center’s requirements and the applicable laws and regulations.

- Attach the required files
- Submit the application
1. The institution must hold a valid license.
2. Attach a letter authorizing the representative to deal with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector.
3. Attach a valid copy of the board formation resolution.
4. Attach the institution’s currently approved Articles of Association.
5. Attach an updated copy of the entity’s registration certificate.
6. Attach the minutes documenting the approval of the competent authority, such as the founders or the Board of Trustees.
The expected time to complete the order: 10 working days, and if the service is not carried out after the expiration of the specified time, you can follow up through the customer voice service
