Approval to Conduct an Activity
An electronic service that enables an organization’s authorized representative to request approval to conduct an activity. It also enables the organization to close completed activities by submitting reports to inform the supervisory authorities, in accordance with the Center’s requirements and the applicable laws and regulations.

1. The proposed activity must fall within the entity’s geographical scope as specified in its approved bylaws. If the activity falls outside this scope, additional approval from the National Center for Non-Profit Sector is required.
2. The proposed activity must fall within the entity’s mandate and the jurisdiction of the relevant supervisory authority.
3. Approval from the supervisory authority is required.
4. The applicant must confirm that approval has been documented by the competent authority, such as the founders or the Board of Trustees.
5. All information must be entered accurately and correctly.
6. Upon completion, the activity must be closed by submitting its reports through the platform.
The expected time to close the request: 10 working days, and if the service is not completed after the expiration of the specified time, you can continue through the customer voice service.
