Board Approval / Board Amendment / Extension of the Board’s Term
An electronic service that enables an organization’s authorized representative to submit a request to approve, extend the term of, or reconstitute its Board of Directors or Board of Trustees. The request is reviewed and approved by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector in accordance with its requirements and the relevant laws and regulations. The service also automatically updates the organization’s bank account records whenever a board is approved or amended.

- The entity must hold a valid license.
- The entity must have an authorized representative approved to deal with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector
- Employees to be authorized to manage the entity’s bank accounts must first be added through the Employee Appointment Service. Eligible employees must hold leadership positions, such as executive leaders or accountants.
- The details of the primary (default) bank account must be updated every six months
The expected time to complete the order: 10 working days, and if the service is not carried out after the expiration of the specified time, you can follow up through the customer voice service
