Dissolution Request
This service enables nonprofit organizations to issue a final dissolution decision and revoke their official license according to the Ministry's approved regulations. The service is applicable to nonprofit organizations that have ceased operations or activities and are directly required by the Ministry to dissolve due to not engaging in any activity, resulting in the termination of the legal personality of the nonprofit organization.

- Complete the application form. Attach the required files
- Submit the application
- Apply for the liquidation approval request service as a prerequisite for this service
- Submit the required documents.
- Ensure that the information provided is accurate.
1- Approval from NCNP on the “Liquidation Approval Request”
2- Meeting minutes including the decision of the authorized party: the extraordinary general assembly in the case of a civil association, and the founders in the case of a civil foundation/family fund
3- Approval of dissolution in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association
4- Appointment of the liquidator, the liquidation period, and the liquidator’s fees, provided that the office holds a liquidation trustee license
5- An approved document for the devolution of assets
6- Liquidation report
