Issuance of an In-Kind Fundraising License (for Used Clothing Collection Activities)
An electronic service that enables an association’s authorized representative to apply for a license to collect in-kind donations, allowing the association to begin collecting used clothing.
Service level agreement- The authorized representative logs in to the system through the National Single Sign-On platform (Nafath)
- Select “Apply for an In-Kind Fundraising License (for Used Clothing Collection Activities).”
- Enter the entity type and license number, select “Used Clothing Collection” as the campaign type, and complete all program details
- Attach the required documents and supporting files, then submit the application
1. Used clothing collection activities are restricted to licensed associations classified under “Income Support and Maintenance – Income Services – In-Kind Assistance Services.”
2. Associations may collect used clothing only at their headquarters or branches.
3. A warehouse must be available for sorting and storing the clothing.
4. Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting approving the activity must be provided.
5. A declaration of compliance with the standards governing the activity must be submitted.
6. A clothing collection plan covering collection, sorting, distribution, and recycling procedures must be provided.
7. Approval must be obtained from the competent technical supervisory authority and the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN).
8. A policy for redirecting donations to another project must be provided.
9. A mechanism for refunding donations to the project must be established.
10. A copy of the marketing contract must be attached, if applicable.
11. A copy of the Board of Directors meeting minutes approving the marketing contract must be attached.
The expected time to close the request: 10 working days, and if the service is not carried out after the expiration of the specified time, you can follow up through the customer voice service
