Liquidation Approval Request
A service that enables non-profit organizations that have conducted activities or opened a bank account to obtain NCNP’s official approval for a liquidation decision. This approval allows the liquidator to begin the process of settling rights and obligations and inventorying assets and liabilities, as a preparatory step toward dissolving the non-profit organization and revoking its license.

- Complete the application form. Attach the required files
- Submit the application
- Apply for the liquidation approval request service as a prerequisite for this service
- Submit the required documents.
- Ensure that the information provided is accurate.
1- Meeting minutes including the decision of the authorized party: the extraordinary general assembly in the case of a civil association, and the founders in the case of a civil foundation/family fund
2- Approval of the dissolution in accordance with the articles of association
