Notification of General Assembly Meetings
An electronic service that enables an association’s authorized representative to notify the Center of the association’s General Assembly meetings, in accordance with the Center’s requirements and the applicable laws and regulations.

- Complete the application form
- Submit the application
1. The association must hold a valid license.
2. Attach a letter authorizing the representative to deal with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector.
3. Attach a valid copy of the Board formation resolution.
4. Attach an updated copy of the entity’s registration certificate.
5. Attach the minutes documenting the approval of the competent authority, such as the founders or the Board of Trustees.
6. Accept the declarations required for the service.
The application is accepted directly (immediate) once sent and completed. In case of a technical problem, you can follow up through the customer's voice service.
