Civil Association Establishment Service

An electronic service that enables citizens or legal entities to establish a non-profit association without visiting the National Center for Non-Profit Sector. Key features include electronic submission by the applicant acting as the founding members’ representative; declarations by the founding members; appointment of the association’s Board of Directors; electronic communication with the founding members through email, SMS, or their service accounts; issuance of the Articles of Association; issuance of the board formation letter; and immediate issuance of the Unified National Number upon issuance of the license number.
