Establishment of a Civil Fund
An electronic service that enables citizens to establish civil funds to strengthen social cohesion, foster solidarity, cooperation, and charitable giving, and expand social activities among community members.The difference between a family fund and a civil fund is that a family fund requires a relationship by blood or marriage among its members. A civil fund is not subject to this requirement and may be established by natural or legal persons to serve broader development objectives.
Service level agreement- Register an expression of interest in establishing the fund.
- Obtain declarations from the members (the founders and Board of Trustees).
- Nominate the fund’s Board of Trustees.
- Communicate electronically with the founders or their representatives via email, text messages, or their accounts on the service portal.
- Issue the non-profit fund registration certificate
The expected time to close the request: 20 working days, and if the service does not run after the specified time expires, you can follow up through the customer voice service.
